Much like off the internet, I like the girl to make the first move. I'll do it, but I've honestly grown sick of having to be the one that initiates everything. I love it when a girl shows some assertiveness. It's a good sign that she's not boring.

I have to agree with an earlier poster. I like receiving the email first. I'm tired of unanswered emails as well. Or emails that get answered 5 days later.
