Good morning. The dentist is working with me. Representatives from his office said at the inservice that they would work with us since we have no insurance. He pulled three, yesterday and I have another appointment set for next Tuesday. He said I made some evil faces while I was in the chair and he couldn't understand it. He said there wouldn't be any pain. He said he was just pushing. I was all geared up for extreme pain but it really didn't hurt like I thought it would. Except for the pocketbook; $85 an extraction. But I have five more to be pulled on the top and six more on the bottom. I don't mind paying really since I am a workaholic anyways but I will be glad when I don't have to worry about teeth pain, any more. Have been just staying in the house since it is just too miserable outside in the heat. The receptionist let me get out of the dentist office with just paying $60. It is a good thing since I was keeping out of the denist office because I couldn't come with the money all at once so I am glad they are working with me.

Teeth, yeah I have lost several molars, many more & I won't have any.
Smile still looks good, have all my teeth that show.

Good afternoon all, another sleepless night but I'm up and going.. Sun is out but windy, another storm this afternoon.. had an earthquake here yesterday.. thats a rare occurence.. Good to see everyone here.. Hope you all have a good day!

Moving so slowly I'm almost moving backwards today. Darn heat. Just a few months ago we all were complaining about the cold & all that snow! Maybe a cup of tea will help.

TGIF looking forward to the weekend. We have 100 degrees for the summer it does cool down to 95 at time. At least the early mornings and nights aren't so bad yet.

Just coming out of the heat. This morning was funny. After I got home I went ahead and put up a 16 foot span of the 2 by 4 wall. I had it standing up by myself then tried to reach for a 2 by 4 to prop the wall up with. I couldn't reach it but could reach the hoe with the toe of my right foot. I had this 2 by 4 like a teeter todder on the concrete block next to the house with half of it under the house. No such luck reaching it and then I started to wonder how long I could balance the wall. Help, anybody. Surely, somebody would come. I am glad that I learned through my dad that neccessity is the mother of invention. I used the hoe as a grappling hook to pull a 2 by 4 that was on a stack of more 2 by 4s to me. By balancing the whole wall with one my left arm I managed to prop one 2 by 4 at a 45 degree angle propping one end to the wall and the other end to the dirt embankment and prayed the wind wouldn't pick up. Hurried up and put a nail above the propped 2 by 4. Then hurried up with the same process on both sides of the wall holding on by a prayer. This evening I told the hardware store that this time I want some concrete nails with pointed ends instead of those that look like horseshoe nails. Its solid now but I sure was worried this morning.

Mornin' All....another day this side of the dirt

Its just about 10 in the morning, here. I got two partial walls up on the new room, now where they join at the corners. I go outside for a bit in the mornings till I am soaking wet with sweat then think just screw it and go take a cool shower. Estimated time when this room project gets done, unknown.
