I read a Blandings novel, or a bit of Joyce if sleep elludes me. Reading is very good when I can't sleep, as well. Any favourite authors? Patricia Cornwell

I keep the tv on really, really low for the "white noise". If I am alone, I can't sleep otherwise. I just drift asleep. 
I'm the same way but even not alone, which has been a really long time but still, I always need to fall asleep to the tv... 
but I still close my eyes very last... 
I used to have to have the tv or radio on before I fell asleep...but then I would hear some goofy commercial...like "Sham Wow"...and it would be stuck in my head. Next thing you know, I am dreaming about "Sham Wow"! So now, just the sound of the ceiling fan and rubbing my feet together... |

Kick my dog off the bed...lmao Poor puppy... Don't feel sorry for him. His big *** always jumps back up there anyway...lmao You know he keeps you warm at night... 
Yeah...but considering I have a very small bed...an 80 pound dog along with my fat a** on there tends to get a bit crowded...lol He is such a beautiful dog

I put it on ocean sounds (waves) But I suffer from insomnia so.......
