Tell my cats to lay down and go to sleep. No more meowing and kneading the comforter.

Tell my cats to lay down and go to sleep. No more meowing and kneading the comforter. Ha ha ha! Yes I do that too and pick up my short legged Schnauzer and put him in bed. Maybe pop 1/2 Xanax and then go over the Mingle threads in my head. My life is so full. |

Maybe a turtle then. As a reptile, they love the body heat, and they don't wander off like snakes do. My parents have a turtle named "Shelley" of all things and occasionaly when I'm over there for a night I'll take her to bed with me. She's still there in the morning, and she has that protective shell in case I roll over her in my sleep.

Me too, I don't like to hear that constant nagging, "Move over! You're taking up too much of the bed! You're hogging all of the covers. Or you're too hot, turn over! Or move your arm down, I don't like your arm on my abdomen." Yes, it is nice having your own bed, although my cats would disagree. |

That's always been a fear of mine, when you die, if you live alone, how long will it be before someone discovers that you have died? Maybe if someone was with you, or called you frequently, they might be able to call 911 and save you before you died. Or at the very least, have someone check up on you to make sure everything is okay. |

Not bad....people just make it into something tragic. I'd rather die alone than with a roomful of people who couldn't care less about me. |

I keep the tv on really, really low for the "white noise". If I am alone, I can't sleep otherwise. I just drift asleep. I get a glass of water for next to the bed, put my phone next to the bed, turn the tv on something upbeat or funny and lay down. It takes me a bit to drift off and the tv watches me for a while until later when I turn it off. |
