I am really getting disillusioned by Love and Relationships.

Why is it that people feel they need to play games?

I certainly don't have time for them.

Very recently; I was chatting with a young lady I met on Mingle; our conversation was going nice until...she wanted me to go to a Live Webcam Site, to see her undress on camera. When I refused to go; she got the nerve to get mad at me.

Is it right that you should play with a person's heart and feelings?

Or the phone number game; I give you my number, and you never call. Or you give me your number, and I can never reach you.

All I can say is play time is over, some people need to grow up...

that is actually the opposite of game playing.


She is being pretty clear.

I'm not even going to address the web cam thing.

Women often give out their number just to be social. She's not going to call you back because you are not high on her list. Her friends are more important and she doesn't even know you.

This is why I've come to prefer texting.

If they don't answer your texts - you know they couldnt give a flying F about seeing you again.

Not a bad theory

After a while you get used to the games, and you learn to play them back....and then it's not nearly so bad...

Most women keep their phone in a purse. So, when it rings they have to dig for it. So, you can either call her twice (this works she has time to find her phone before it goes to voice mail the second time, I learned this watching what women do when calling each other) or send a text. Some women think a man sending a text is wussy, but at least you can be pretty sure she'll read it.

I don't text.

Yeah, that's because you're not hip. Everybody is texting these days. It's much better than phoning. You don't have to read it right away ajd you can get back to them when you are free.

I've done it in the past. I'd rather hear a voice then text.

No. Be yourself. Don't compromise.
You say you don't have time for games..... don't play them.
Be real. Be honest.

Some people need to grow up.....SO true.
Don't waste your time on them. They are not for you.
You don't have time to wait for them to grow up.
So keep looking for those of us who have already done that.
There are actually alot of us out there.

As I posted earlier, many women never check voice mail. Maybe it's been a while sense you got 50 or so phone calls a day. The women I date are this kind of woman. They are asked for their phone number 10 times a day. When a call comes in from someone the don't know, they ignore it. They give out their number to be social. They seldom return calls, but read all texts.

Texting works better than calling most of the time.

I check my voice mail. That's what it's for. Texting won't work on me. lol I have no desire to receive 50 or more calls a day. I have a life.

Me too, a sexy voice can make even a lame conversation amazing.
