Not trying to show animosity, sorry if that is how it seemed. And i see where you are trying to make a point; however, just because i called myself a bbw doesnt mean i think i look like one of those porn girls that the industry personifies. Those woman disgust even me. But i am a big woman, and i feel that i am beautiful. So if i call myself bbw im not putting myself down for it. And im sure neither were any of the other ladies here. I know you arent trying to put yourself down Just trying to tell you...that by calling yourself a BBW...men think that cuz guess what? most men, the ones as earthyt said, like fatty parts...do not see inner beauty I dunno, I thnk its prefrnce again Billy, I often am attracted to men who are cuban, sicilian, italian, and brazilian. forget the stereotypes be who you are You want to know why we all think like this? Watch television a little while. Watch ALL the comercials for diet drugs because "Fat is unattractove". For the most part we are "programed" to find "excess body weight" ugly. This is pounded into our heads over and over again. And Lord forbid you grow up fat...being teased and feeling like you're worthless...not running as fast as the other kids...then you get to middle school and the teasing gets even more cruel...and hormones start humming and no one wants to be seen with the "fat girl". Then we move to high school...and, once again, the teasing gets even more cruel. It's funny though- there's a double standard. There isn't a "fat boy"...nope, guys are just "big"...and that's okay. As a lot of you already know I used to weigh in at 400 lbs. Yes, 400. Now I weigh about 170...but it fluctuates. I'm considered a BBW and I am damn proud. I am smart, funny, compassionate, sexy and a damn fine "catch"...and, in my opinion, if a man can't see past my "excess body weight" then he's just not the guy for me. By the way..Marilyn Monroe was a size 16. So was Betty Page...and most "pin-up" girls were 16's. |
