Just bc you have a D cup doesnt make you a BBW, just bc you have a stomach, doesnt make you a BBW Check it...go on yahoo.com. Search BBW. You will see what a BBW is. I understand, its just the point. Lets all sit in a thread and talk about whatever. But the POINT of this thread was to tell the op, who is a BBW why men like BBW's. And, this is just silly. Because....I don't see any reason to watch all you ladies call yourself BIG, when you arent. You are just ladies, you are human. You are people. You are alive and living. Trust me....being BBW has nothing to do with a 14 or above. WHAT IS THIS WORLD COMIN TO???????    this is for all you beautiful LADIES forget the stereotypes be who you are See when i started this thread i knew woman and men me all sizes would reply good and bad, its not about stereotyping its about being yourself and being proud of who you are. And you are right there women here are not what i would consider BBW. However that doesnt go to say they are not beautiful none the less. |

Yeah..
speaking of clothes.. lane bryant has soem sad lookin square blocky looking stuff. They are all solids, and when theres a pattern, its giant horrible circus lady size, and they have all those shirts, i dont know what the deal is, but theres a like.. sewn in dickie triangle facing down. Why would large women want to wear that sailor look? wtf is that? you get fat, and suddenly your a ****ing sailor? I dont shop there, but ive checked it out, and pass the store by on my way to Macys. |

I don't call myself a BBW, but I have lost an extreme amount of weight in the last year and a half, just never used that label on myself. I do believe it is important that a person have confidence in who they are and carry themselves well. I had never heard the size issue mentioned above until now either (as to how to gauge a BBW) so that was new to me too. I think it is hard to overcome the stigma of being overweight when you have been beat up about it your whole life, that was what I commented on above. I am working on that issue now, dealing with the issues of getting my head straight. Again, I am glad you are not one of the judgmental and shallow people who sits back and judges every woman they see instantly on her appearance and what they "think" the perfect woman "should" look like. We get that daily on TV with the super models and TV stars, etc. Again, thank you for your post. |

Ladies i enjoy talking to real women, we all deal with image issues and we all feel big at times no matter the size. Even a size 2 can feel big. Women are beautiful in general, we carry babies and go through so many changes in life just with our bodies. Its nice to have others out there to share it with.
