actually if you're a size 14 and over in jeans, you are considered plus size. But if you are busty and are 14 and over in jeans, then you are considered a BBW. I believe that's how it goes. But if you watch that new show "more to love," some of the girls have an average size chest and are still considered BBW because they are plus size. So .. according to the bachelor, I am also a BBW. I go to the Pennys store quite often. They have size 16 in the average section. |

Im actually trying to design a kind of clothes for petite plus size women. It is so hard for me to find clothes, i am 5'4" and clothes off the rack have to be altered to fit me so unfair and costly. I have a hard time too. only because I'm 5 ft 8 I am trying to get measurements and research right now hopefully it can be the next best thing. I really want to target the young woman demographic. I have shopping for clothes they are either too big or too small or look too old for my style. |

Ive seen Lane Bryant catalogs online and they have a great selection of clothes, very modern and sporty. I like!! Only wish I could get such nice clothes here in Argentina......
But funny thing, Ive never had problems buying jeans here being 5´7¨and always did in the states......  and the majority of the people here are short......

Ive seen Lane Bryant catalogs online and they have a great selection of clothes, very modern and sporty. I like!! Only wish I could get such nice clothes here in Argentina......
But funny thing, Ive never had problems buying jeans here being 5´7¨and always did in the states...... and the majority of the people here are short......
Most of lane bryant is business casual or middle aged mom type style. I have found a few good pieces, but nothing that i really like. |

Interesting....I'm 5'1" and have very short legs. EVERYTHING needs to be hemmed! Fortunately, I'm able to do it myself! |
