Hi Mary Take a deep breath and relax.Everything will be fine!! New things are scary aren't they? Just take a giant leap and go for it I guess!!!! The scariest part is taking the Praxis test for No Child Left Behind....no pass, no license. I take that next month. Mary, you have the passion needed for that sort of thing. Just remember...say a prayer and let someone else worry! Thank you. Most everything I do, I put in God's hands. He holds me up when no one else can or seems to care. I never would have made it these past 8, almost nine years (Sept 9th) if it wasn't for God's grace and guidance. Now, I need Him more than ever to get me through the next few months, espically with my fiances seeings I will not have an income. Very scary!!!! |

No, we bribe them with cheap candy....the good stuff we eat.. Last job I had..we did the same with the employees. We would buy cheap candy, and go out on the floor with it and pass it around. It kept the employees knowing we were thinking about them, and they were more willing to come talk to us about issues. |
