Pullin’ the Poetry Plug..

I just dropped I to say goodbye, to each and every poet.
I had a great time writing here, I want you all to know it
I’ve savoured every single work that you offered up to me
And, it’s safe to say each poem you write has helped to set you free..

It’s with regret, that I leave here; I got to know some poets well
Perhaps one day, I may return. Who knows? I just can’t tell
I’ll miss James, and Gryphyn and LAmom..And I’ll miss Chubby, too.
I hope to see you all again, for, you are poets, true.

Txs Gal, you write so well your words just sing me songs
Don’t stop writing, for poetry is where your heart belongs
There far to many poets I have read to name them all right here.
But all of you have shared with me, some words that I hold dear.

My life has taken a new path, with brand new sites to see..
And I am headed down that road, to what lays in store for me
I hope, if I come back this way that you’ll invite me in
For every word that’s written, is another poets’ win.

Please write on, for every poem is part of history
I won’t stop reading all you write, Goodbye to you..From me.

Oceans

A fond farewell to a poets friend,
Sharing stanzas to the end.
As we see you wave goodbye,
A tear will form within this eye.

The reads I've seen, in your prose,
Seldom less than a gentle rose.
Stories held within your lines,
Held within the masters vines.

Vines entangled I have seen,
Love in verse and what you mean.
Meanings from your poetic days,
Words to use in different ways.

Now to bid a fond farewell,
Come again, if just to tell.
How your doing, don't say why,
Come and visit Just Say Hi!!!

Bobby I wish you much luck and happiness on your Journey

Bobby this is not a farewell.
Not even a way to cast a magic spell.
For you see there may come a day.
Our paths will cross this way.
Our words seem to blend.
And we do not have to pretend.
We will be sad when you go.
But it is time to let your heart grow.
Shower your love you have within.
For now it is time for this love to begin.
Keep her as your best friend.
And she will stay till the end.
We understand why you can not stay.
For tomorrow starts a new day.
