Topic: Why Do All....?

This just hit me -- I think I must have seen approximately 4,972,882 topics entitled "Why Do All Men....?" And I just realized that I have NEVER done ANY of the 4,972,993 things that "All Men" do....? How is this possible? Biologically speaking, I have to be male, because it says so on my driver's license, and those people are never wrong. They just don't know how to use a camera. But how can it be that "All Men" (using the word "all" to mean "all of them") do the same 4,975,034 things and I have yet to do any of them....? Have I been ostracized? (I think that means being turned into an ostrich, but I'm not sure.) Or could it be that someo of the 4,981,244 blanket statement threads are simply inaccurate....? Nahhhhh....

i rarely see "why do ALL men/women..." i see "why do men/women"... some may not see a difference there but to my mind it, without a preceding qualifying/quantifying word before "men/women" you don't have to assume that the OP is talking about ALL men. one can just answer the question without nitpicking at a tiny semantic issue such as that. but sometimes i think people here just wait to pounce on anything said or done in the forums that don't 100% meet with their approval and the way they themselves personally say or do things.

Men behave and think differently than women and vice versa. I believe people find it easy to generalize resulting in these extremely large numbers you are referring to.

The inconsistency in the figures you mentioned makes me think you have actually done 3441 to 9884 of the things that all men do.
