Here is where I found that TimeLord Roleplaying Game I downloaded if Smiless or anyone else is interested

You can create your own Doctor,TimeLords,Aliens,Or Companions, and adventures.

You would meet the Doctor when you were on a trip visiting London and unwittingly aid him in saving the city from a secret invasion by Cybermen or something. So he would invite you to travel with him. In one of your first adventures to a far future, or alien world, you would find this cute miniature alien creature to be your pet and the Doctor would let you keep it. Then I sort of imagine another adventure where you would meet this handsome rougish character that you would develop feelings for, but he really turns out to be nefariously planning to steal the TARDIS. The Doctor would help you thru your heartache with guidance, and in another adventure you would meet an attractive young man from Earth, about your age, that would join you and the Doctor on several adventures. You and him would develop a relationship and maybe after a big adventure where you save the world from daleks, you and him decide you want a normal dating life and you both say your sentimental goodbyes to the Doctor and go to college and live life happily ever after. Thats kind of how I would envision the "Sunny" season of Doctor Who episodes

Well,that's just a summary of how I would do a season of Doctor Who with you as one of the Companions I have other ideas about how other peoples seasons would progress. Im telling you, I really got into it when I was thinking about this stuff

That's exactly what I thought! Jack is the most interesting people ever on the show and he's always involved with something crazy!

Sunny, if the crystal I get refracts the light at an off angle for my...err, we'll call it 'big shiny light'. How do I get the light from the crystal to shine properly through my 'big shiny light'?

Maybe you could use some mirrors to bounce the light to the appropriate place for your lay..."big shiny light" to work.

You may not know I and Smiless's friend Jeanniebean from the science and philosophy forums,but she loves Doctor Who too.I had a kick *** idea for a character based on her.Countless years ago Jeanniebean was a student at the TimeLord Academy alongside the Doctor and other novice TimeLords. She was at the top of her class,but she began delving into forbidden sciences that the TimeLord Elders didn't aprove of. (Such as mysticism and the occult subjects). She was told to end these studies but she refused and before the Elders could exile her she fled Gallifrey with some of these forbidden books and artifacts in a stolen TARDIS unit.She has mostly been living in hiding from other TimeLords pretending to be an Earth woman in Colorado,operating as a UFO and supernatural investigator,since then.Recently she has learned of the destruction of Gallifrey and feels more free to act and see the universe.She is basically just as powerful as the Doctor but has different skills she can use More of a mystic orientation than the Doctor. She her very own fully functioning TARDIS in a hidden location. It can disguise itself in different forms to blend into whatever location she chooses to visit. She would make a powerful ally of the Doctor

I already tried Doctor Evil, Brain was supposed to be over here by now but apparently something came up with Pinky (you know how he is)...so I'm at a loss, I have the mirrors set up in my las...err...'big shiny light' correctly, but one seems to keep moving and the light won't get through correctly...sucks because now it is burning a hole in the side of my computer desk...

Yes,I could be a time lost human adventurer. I can totally see that. I got to think about that, and work up the character concept and background I'm just giving summaries of my ideas. I can write entire detailed adventures if I wanted to

Oh dear that is a tough one. Well I think the best thing to do right now would be to a) turn your las..."big shiny light" off and b) if you can't get ahold of Doctor Evil or Brain then try sticking some gum under the mirror to stop the movement.

When I lived in England it was with a gf of mine named Kendra. She was the expert on all things English for me. Before we left we tried EVERY type of tea in the grocery stores because I hadn't ever had any. She introduced me to Indian food, Guiness and (thank God) Doctor Who. Her grandmother was an English war-bride and that whole family kinda took me in.

We were living together in London when Season 1 ended and David Tennant became the Doctor. I'd seen him in Casanova, Blackpool, Harry Potter and this tragic movie called Recovery. I thought he was amazing in every role. But the Doctor was the best ever. I think it helps that he's a huge DW fan as well.

Well Kendra and I were talking last night and she's told me that her and her Irishman are getting married next summer and I've been ordered to be there. (Isn't that cool that I'd be vacationing in London in your story? ) So I guess Doctor Who was a special part of my life and David will always be my Doctor.
