It is definately going to take some getting used to. But I felt that way about the last time the Doctor regenerated. I don't know how anyone can top DT though. He was perfect

I know. That's the beauty of Christopher Eccleston. He's top class but never stays too long. You got to know how the Doctor was without the charm of David Tennant and it makes you love him all the more.

I just feel like Matt Smith is really...young. And trendy.

Yes, Christopher Eccleston was great, but I think that David Tennant is my favorite Doctor. It didnt take me long to get used to him. I sort of wish that perhaps they would keep some of the other supporting cast around to accompany the new Doctor for a while. And I kinda think the Doctor should be at least mid 30s looking. It will seem sort of strange having such a young looking Doctor

That's exactly what I mean. I was in London when he regenerated and honestly during the Christmas Invasion I totally loved David Tennant. Who else fights aliens in his pjs?

Eccelston was brilliant and I'll always love him. He made people really understand how the Doctor was after being alone so long. David has had his Doctor change after all the things he's done in the passed 3 seasons. I wish some of his companions would have stayed but they've all given something different to the show.

Rose I loved because she was so open to anything and she loved the Doctor (it was cool to see her when he regenerated, she was so confused)

Martha...I think she was my favourite. The look she'd give him when he was being a bit too harsh. And you could see she had a lot in her that he could have loved if he didn't have Rose. I love how she left and joined UNIT

And Donna, omg Donna. Catherine Tate is the shyt. I love that woman and her and David Tennant make me laugh because they're so good at playing off each other.

I almost forgot Jack. Jack is a suave devil. Flirting with everyone and loving his way through the generations. I really hate how Torchwood ended. I hope he gets another chance.

I would like to see Rose,Martha,Donna,and Jack stick around for at least a season to help usher in the new Doctor.At least one of them should stick around and be the Doctors companion for a while. That is how I would do it if I were writing the script for the show

I agree with that for sure. It would be easier for us to connect with the Eleventh Doctor if we're familiar with his friends at least.
