Topic: False Promise?

There are people who actually believed he'd keep that promise? Silly people Because, after 8 years with the previous admin. and with Barrack Obama saying: WE NEED CHANGE! and so we all hope for a Change... Thats why we believe him He is trying to make changes. He's working hard on health care right now. I know, being rich, some folks don't have to worry about geing treated by a good Dr. Try taking a few minutes and read from common folks from countries who have Socialized medical. They will tell you, it's a nightmare and some literally turn to dust waiting to be treated. We're not going to have Socialized medicine if the vote goes through.

I tried to tell everyone that he was NO GOOD, and a lying scum-bag, and it's a shame, that he had to lie, and "tell you what you wanted to hear"...just to get a vote. He did not win the election on truth, he won on deceit!!!! I still like him. You liked him being deceitful to us all? I hope you are kidding! He's been keeping more of his campaign promises then he hasn't. I also see him as working very hard to try to correct a bad situation. Would you rather have a president who only keeps some of his promises, or who keeps ALL of them? He's working on keeping most of them. A President that keeps all of their promises? They don't exist. Also....Congress makes it impossible to happen. If they can't keep the promises and follow through, they shouldn't open their mouths. Don't say one thing and do the opposite, doesn't work for me. Welcome to the real world. Like I said...he's been working on it. He's been doing most of what he said he would thus far.

No no no I have been AGAINST him all the time(he is a lying cheat)...I seen through his deceitfulness from the beginning! I hate Obama, and what he is trying to do to our America! Problem is that this is not just YOUR america. No your guy didn't win, but he might another time. Right now some of us have the president we wanted. Simple as that, doesn't mean he will be perfect or even please us with every move he makes, but decietful? Well that's one opinion... not mine though.

Do you realize, that Obama is actually the 6th cousin to former vice president Dick Cheney? Think about that for a second, what does that tell you? Furthermore, he's not even legally eligible to be President, he was never born here to begin with! The whole thing is a lie. Obama has proven that he was born in Hawaii. Ok then explain why Kenya has been said to have honored Obama's visit there as the president returning to his place of birth? He returned to the place of his father's birth. Ah but that's not what the local media there said...... oh ya of course we are not to believe the media here but over there they make no mistakes or get the story wrong, huh? Interesting.

And of course the DNC would take a chance of loosing by backing someone that was not a citizen.. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

I grew up in the real world where not all promises were kept or could have been kept as things changed.. so I guess the end result doesn't matter...as long as he's trying...he's been a disaster...a total failure...the direction he's taking this country is being rejected...by more Americans each and every day...

As a human - he as well as everyone else, is unable to keep ALL their promises, as we sometimes offer more than we can deliver. But he is trying and keeping us informed.

We both know that will never happen in our lifetime - Congress earning an average income, etc. Only because the majority of congress is corrupt, and bought, and the presidents we keep getting have no interest in addressing our problems, instead they just want to play politics... The president is only a figurehead. But if he were to bring this to the american people, it would urge a policy written by the house. Then everyone voting against this simple policy could be exposed for wanting special treatment, and not properly representing the people of the United States. We would know who NOT to vote for next time... Obama and his charisma, is perfectly capable of making this happen. Especially with his original popularity. But, he doesn't want to. It's about time people need to start seeing him for what he is; another corrupt politician playing his game.
