It's kind of a waste of time getting to know and like someone over the phone/internet if you're not physically into the person. He probably just wants to avoid that. Can't say I blame him.

I dunno, I told this one guy I wasnt interested, and a few choice words, and his friend contacted me all friendly like, and said his gf broke up with him to have "sex with the drug dealer for money". I said "O wow, sorry she turned out to be a prostitute?" and it pissed me off.. now apparently the aaryan nation is after me.

Don't worry about it too much, Go and see if he is what you were waiting for that is why you meet in public first, drive your own car. If you don't like him you can leave. Give it a chance and good luck. Heres the problem, I dont HAVE my car right now, and some guy threatened me on mingle violence recently thats local that scares me too! 
 I have had that happen before too.
