I truly believe your own expectations and what you think you are entitled to are getting in the way. Friends are everywhere, start by saying hello to those you pass on the street, in a store, in a forum.

But you must let go all those 'woe is me' phrases, like you tried looking for friends but didn't succeed. Doesn't say much for you, and gives the impression that you give up easily.

You'd be happier with someone real to talk to, if you were to meet you, at this stage in your life, would you befriend you???

ok you make very good points there. however most people will say things like "im outgoing and energetic"
im not outgoing. i would rather not say something than say something and have a bad response come back. as for energetic lol not really i have a short attention span
