It depends on the person you are asking. There is not right or wrong answer. It truly depends on the eyes of the beholder. For me, I think friendship is the first stage of love and without it, love cant exist. When you enter on these type of sites your interest, your trying to eliminate those who would less likely be a friend. Once this is accomplished, then you will see if there is chemistry. This is when you find true love. It only one mans opinion.

This question of whether love is a choice or a feeling is waaay to broad, because most people mistake lust for love.

Lust is a pure chemical reaction, a feeling of the most basic of human emotions. It is also temporary and ends when the "honeymoon" is over.

Love is the choice that is made each and every day to be with and to be there for that person that you love, regardless of how ugly they are that particular day.

Sometimes that choice has to be made moment by moment, but it is a choice that, for me at least, becomes a part of who I am, and how I react and respond each and every day.

Even when you choose not to do anything (a far harder act than any by the way), it is still a choice.

i realy think its something that is ther naturaly or it isnt, not so much on a feelings level but on a deeper connection that comes from bein conpatible. and not realy a choice, (lust def) love cant be turned on and off, at least for me. i would have to say its an element of life that has always been. no matter how cold the hart, it will always have a love for something wanted or not, no matter the feeling.
