Ah excuse me, because of ur generalization of the thread I feel the need to say sumthin. Not once did I 'bash' u. I simply stated my preferences an left it at that.

I think that once you have a stalker...you tend to slow WAY down on giving out your phone number. The funny part is that I don't know how this person got my number. But I must say, I had a very polite stalker for over 2 years! I finally got scared and tired of it and shut off my home phone.
Thats why its harder for women to give out their numbers!!!

We're not arguing. The ladies are giving their reasons for not giving their phone number out right away. Please respect our reasons.

So, in MY OPINION MY OPINION MY OPINION I think it'd be safer, if you seriously think about it, if you saw a nice guy message you...no not one of them guys who say..."hey you're hot wanna have sex?" no not those guys...the nice guys and instead of "talking to them" online and building up their hopes....why not just talk to them on the phone? because that is when you decide whether or not you want to "do anything" with them. not while you're online
