we have a theater here in town where i dont know how they can let you in so cheap.. they only charge $3
and every now and then if you look in the paper you can find a coupon pay for one and get the other person in for free.

the other theaters charge about $8 something like that..

during the summer they have free movies with can food donations and you can get in and watch a movie. well what i had done a number of yrs ago.. i took my son and the guy i was with at the time took his son, and we watch the free movie, and we stayed to watch another movie we wanted to see. so we saw 2 free movies

I started "Drag Me to Hell", but I haven't had time to finish it yet.
I have been watching Wall-e at work. Love it! Watch it in blu-ray and the detail will blow you away!

has anyone seen Clint Eastwood's Gran Torino???

I loved it! I have always been a fan of Clint Eastwood!
In this one, he reminded me of my Dad from many years ago.
Grumpy man with a big heart that he never wanted to show.

I didn't like it

I watched The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor

I loved the first two and this one wasn't bad. I didn't have any subtitles when they were speaking Chinese but still, it was pretty good.

I saw Star Trek last night

I thought it was really well done but the alternate universe part of it kinda threw me

and the Spock/Uhura thing was funny

and Scotty was really cute

EDIT: and I was REALLY impressed with Karl Urban as McCoy. He had the mannerisms and speech patterns down pat

That guy is in a whole lot of movies. I saw Star Trek and was trying to remember all the movies hes been in.

Riddi_k
Fellowship of the ring trilogy
Bourne Supremecy

Playing small parts. The guy needs his own shot at the main character. Id agree he was great in Star Trek!

To answer the forums..Star Trek was mine.
