---|---|
God created man in his image on the 6th day male and female together.
He then gave them the task of replenishing the earth. Then he rested for it was the 7th day and he was pleased. He then created adam and the garden and placed adam within the garden. |

You certainly have your own ideas. Let me ask you a question: Can I post a response? If I do post a response, that is polite and scripturally sound, will you back me up when the trolls attack? |

Genesis 1:27 - The 6th day, God creates mankind (Adam and Eve)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Genesis 2:8 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The LORD God planted a garden toward the east, in Eden; and there He placed the man whom He had formed. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Genesis 1:28 - God blessed mankind (Adam and Eve) and commanded them to "FILL" the earth ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 28God blessed them; and God said to them, "(AJ)Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Genesis 2:2 - The 7th day, God rested ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ By the seventh day God completed His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Genesis 2:4 - Creation from Adam's perspective ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This is the account of the heavens and the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made earth and heaven. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Genesis 1:1-2:3 is Creation from God's perspective Genesis 2:4-25 is Creation from Adam's perspective Adam and Eve were both created on the sixth day, within the Garden of Eden. Between when God created Adam and God created Eve, Adam named the place he was in "Eden". You can clearly see that in Adam's mind, all things were created for him. That may be true, but he believes he was first, while God clearly stated in Genesis 1 that the plants and animals were first. God commanded Adam and Eve to fill the earth. KJV says "replenish", but if you look at the Hebrew word male' (which I admit I don't read, but I can read the defintion in English) says "fill". On the seventh day, God rested. "Rested" (shabath) in Genesis 2:2 means "ceased", it's a funny thing with the translation. Once again, you don't have to read Hebrew to look up the meaning of "Rested" (shabath) in Hebrew. So Genesis 2:2 really says "and He ceased creating on the seventh day". Genesis 2:4 is the beginning of creation from Adam's perspective, not a seperate narritive. |

bibby7,
In my opinion, a troll is anyone who enters a conversation with no other purpose than to cause strife. They don't offer new information or arugments, but they do throw insults and ad hominem attacks. A troll will often ignore posts that prove them wrong and continue making the same debunked claims. They do that because they know it really pisses of the guy who answer the question already. So, what do you think? Are you a troll? |

I'd hate to type all this out word for word but spider that all seems a
bit twisted. you seem to have reworded it to mean what you think it means and not what it says. |
