I just got my oldest daughter signed up for college. She took almost a year off due to our house burning down and her dad's passing. I took her to purchase some items for school and I can't tell you how happy she was. She said she feels like she actually has a purpose each day now. She works and has never stopped during everything that has went on this past year. It felt so positive last night watching her looking over her books and getting her stuff ready for classes. Life is starting to turn around for us, I believe.
Anyone else have any positive things happening for them? |

I finally created the perfect Sacher Torte. A Austrian chocolate cake that isn't easy to bake.
 Next up will be baking the perfect cheese cake

My grandson was accepted to OHIO STATE UN. and has received a full scholarship...He is valedictorian of his hs class and has never had below an "A" on his report card.. He has worked hard and played baseball... Going to be a doctor....We're proud!
