It is never flattering to see someone with worn out or worn over shoes. However, that being said, I have a terrible shoe addiction. I probably own over 200 pair of shoes. On spring break I bought 7 pair of Nikes. I know it is a sickness. I don't want a cure though.

Can one be judged the person they are by the type and size of shoe they wear? People judge people for anything and everything(maybe even the size of someones shoe). So the answer is yes. My shoes are pretty worn right now, maybe i get judged and people think i have no money or that i dont care for my appearance. The truth is i just hate shopping. |

If I'm wearing Berlutis or John Lobbs, you can know that I appreciate comfort over economy. Judge someone? No, but clothing can reveal a lot about how one wishes to be seen by others. Leather jacket or Bill Blass blazer. Stetson hat or NY woolie pullover. It says something, but not enough to judge.

I think I judge people MORE on the fact that they have to wear big name brand labels. I could care less what label Im wearing as long as it looks good on me.
I find the most shallow people sitting around talking about their new LULU LEMON outfits.... |

I thought the day had come where we judge people by their character and not the colour of their shoes.

One can make assumptions as to what the person is like by the way they dress... but allot of people such as myself are diverse in what they ware one day to the next.... so just because I have cowboy boots on one day and you are meeting me for the first time doesn't mean I worship Garth Brooks walk around with a piece of hay in my mouth and shovel cow s**t...
Any who,,, Now that I reside outside of Calgary...I see gophers are invading my 4 acres... They are known for breaking horses ankles around here...I think I shall watch Caddy shack for inspiration on their soon to be coming demises.. any of you sick f***ers out there have any morbid ideas? Back to my original thought-- If we didn't have constant judgment on appearance and our surroundings we would put ourselves in harms way daily... It's normal to judge people on their shoes and other things. I think woman stereotypically judge more on shoes and generally have more shoes then men.. That statement is nothing new... SO, you never know you might want that shirt, You might want them shoes,, and you might just want that hat...ha! (Film Clip) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=50UeOS4NvzE |
