I haven't jumped into many holes either. I have, however, had one foot in the grave for years now....lol I bet that'll be comforting to galendgirl as she puts her life in your hands in the car......  Hmmm...perhaps I'll have to mellow my driving style a bit. Wouldn't want to give the poor woman a heart attack. Wait a second... I might not have mentioned that my son says I'm a closet road rally racer...give me a curvy mountain road any day! Just remember I told you two that YOU had to "keep up" with the older woman so watch how you talk that smack! LOL!

I also luv these! Had a subaru that took me all over Montana - on roads that big trucks were bogged down in snow, virtual riverbeds...long open highways...
I actually like driving. Good thing, given that I live out west and it's often 100 miles between little towns! |

But I'm STILL debating the 5K...
If I don't, I'll still get up and do my 2 mile walk & later have to get on the elliptical. It's only an extra mile or so and I DID do that one in Feb and would like to shave 8 minutes off that time... Decisions, decisions, decisions... |

One of these days, I am gonna own one of the WRX vehicles.
I test drove one once a few years ago, when the street model was basically the World Rally Championship car without the top end/professional racing parts. Sucker was FAST and would definitely plant your ass in your seat when you dropped the clutch on it. |

Let me tell ya, that surprised the hell out of my golfing buddies when I pulled that particular club out of the bag...lmao Well I'm about 3" shorter so it might be a little clunky, but I'm totally game to try a round if you'll share your toys! I realize it's little comparison but I can bat a ball and hit a putt-putt shot left handed as well as right handed (can't write legibly with either hand) so I get the surprise factor with the 6 iron...too funny! |
