I recently had a reason to learn and printed off a bunch of worksheets from the internet and got tutoring from my 17 year old. I think I've finally got it! PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE! (and you guys thought I only wasted time on M2! HA!  )

What causes a joint to 'pop' and is that bad for you? If I remember correctly, it's caused by a nitrogen buildup in the joints. There is an old wives tale that says if you crack your knuckles, it will cause you to get arthritis later in life. I have been told by my doctor, however, that the story isn't accurate at all. He said there is nothing wrong with doing that. Especially considering that not doing so can cause pain. |
