What is the meaning of life on Tuesday, May 12th? For me it seems to be a bit muddled. I woke up in the middle of the night with leg cramps so severe I thought I was going to have to cut off my leg to get rid of it. I didn't go to work and took some pills and it STILL is intermittently cramping. At one point I had to actually scream just to get the frustration out from the pain. I've never experienced such a sharp pain before. I think it did some damage to my calf muscle too. You guys ever get these? It probably didn't do any really serious damage ( but only a doctor could say for sure ) but I have had that happen a couple of times and I know that it makes for a very sore calf where the cramp struck. Sorry to hear you're hurting. 
Thanks friend. It's better already, but my foot is still a bit numb and the soreness of course is still there. It was probably micro tears.....which will heal eventually. Looked like ET trying to get out of my calf there for a few minutes....ha! Hey now. ET was a nice alien. It was those nasty suckers from the Alien movies that you had to watch out for. |

I get up at 6am to walk every single day (yeah, I know...sick and wrong) and usually am at work around 8:30 to whenever (this boss is usually the last one out!) We had an out of town guest today and went to dinner so I got home laaaaate for me AND had a marg so will crash shortly. Just had to wind down tonight. |
