got another....why do guys act so tough but they get intimidated by a girl that can out perv them?

Because a lot of guys can talk a good game, but they get confused when someone can out game them. LOL

If I've lost as much weight as I benchpress today, does that mean I'm an underachiever or is it all proportional?

Not as far as I am concerned. There may be a couple of personal things that I wouldn't want to go into. Other than that, nothing is " off limits ".

If I do wind up finding a question to be " out of bounds ", I'll just say I don't really want to answer it.

Ask any police officer, and they'll tell you that, even though a lot of the so called experts say the moon doesn't have an effect, it most certainly does.

Oooo. VERY good question. I really couldn't name one right off the top of my head.

I suppose most people would go with something by Eddie Van Halen.

I suppose my personal favorite ( one of them anyway ) would be the Crazy Train riff Randy Rhodes did.

Good calls on both ends...
Currently I'm STUCK on the "Down By The Waterline" song by Dire Straits (early - first release in the states.) That is such hot stuff! Van Halen riffs are great too...and the Crazy Train riff...also CLASSIC! I don't think this question can have a single answer.

Actually the stats are more when the moon is growing that fastest... Then as it is full and just about when it is starting to wan again is when things start to go back to normal. I Ummm did kind of study on this back in my college days. I this took about 5 months to complete and hundreds of interviews across the nation..Just thought I would add my two Cents

Now my question.. Why is it that a guy could pull off this type of thread and yet if a girl did tried it would seem like she was trolling and attention seeking.

I bow to your wisdom on this one then.

Dunno. Maybe it was my approach to the whole thing.

Do you think that any guy could have done it and gotten a pass like I have?

JAG.. I think it is your approach you were direct and honest no hidden agenda. I like that about you.

Thank you on your candor. I just was curious about the female gender thing though... I think it would be kind of awesome to have a woman do it and not have the proverbial gambit of sexual undertones like this thread has been done.

You are so right about the double standard, though...in lots of arenas. What a man does that's admirable is often what a woman does if & she gets called a Bi$c*. I find that in business a lot and find myself doing things the long way to make sure people still like me/will work well with me. It may not be right, but it's just the way it is & I'm smart enough to play the game and still get what I have to get done accomplished. Not complaining...just observing a reality.

Well..I just don't see any reason to be any other way. I say what I feel.

A lot of the time, when women ask me questions about certain things men do, or what men may be thinking at certain times, I may not have the " correct " answer. I only give answers based on my own experiences.

However, I don't see a whole lot of guys coming in here to dispute my answers, so maybe I am a little more accurate than I figure.

For a long, long time, women have been subject to different standards than guys. Nearly every woman knows that.

I think that, if a woman were to set up a thread like this one and,

1) Set it up to be serious at times but mostly lighthearted

2) Gave honest answers to the questions posted

3) Put serious thought into some of the answers when the questions call for it

4) Didn't use it as a personal soap box

then it's most likely that the thread would continue on like this one has.
