again...who should he have voted for if he thought they were all equally bad One of the many third party candidates. I think there were 6 or so people running. You can also vote for local elections, and just give a write in candidate for president. But then again, I have always believed that the only people who should vote are those who take the time to learn about the candidates. Thus I am fine with him, or anyone else choosing not to vote. |

They should, however, just sit around at home and moan about things they don't understand on a talk thread online. not sure where you live...but thinking it's not america. who says he doesn't understand??? he may have a better grasp on things than you. maybe this is one way of protest...try finding things out before you moan about things you don't understand |

Rush is a shock jock just like Stern...come on not politically... A shock jock is exactly what Rush is. I find it hard to believe that people can't see that and take him seriously. Rush is an entertainer, but not a shock jock. A shock jock is someone who makes extreme statements to create controversy and "shock" the audience. While rush uses a variety of different techniques to entertain his audience, he does not make a habit of making shocking statements or assertions. Most of the "shocking" statements Rush is quoted as making were either taken out of context, or completely made up. doesn't that depend on the audience??? to some he may be shocking You are right. I sometimes forget that the concepts of freedom, liberty, constitutional limits on government power, and that human life has value are controversial topics, and shocking positions. For some reason I tend to forget that the principles the USA is founded upon are still radical ideas 200 years later. |

If you can't afford to have children DON'T. people in general have to stop putting one person's responsibility or lack there of on another person. Illegal Immigrants' children or not do not deserve anything this country has to offer unless they get legalized. I may seem heartless but we need to take care of our own BEFORE we take care of others! Our country can't afford free health care for the starving poor masses from other countries. I see validity in what you say but some of what comes off of your keyboard wrecks your arguments like Ted Kennedy wrecked his car in Chappaquid****. if you toned it down on the "If you don't agree with us" thing you actually would sound a LOT more credible! Yes things are messed up but I am sick of depending on others to fix the mess! I am sick of the Three Stooges Logic Obama is approaching this with.
