I guess you don't understand how the process works. First they have to remove the children from the home for cause. Then the children have to go into the crisis center until court hearings can be arranged. Then if after the few court hearing it will take to find her guilty of child abuse or neglect serious enough to stop her parental rights. Then the children go to foster care homes separately as most foster homes could not house them all at once. Then they will attend the occasions they have for adoption, if the mother is knocked completely out of the picture, if she is not knocked completely out of the picture then the foster care keeps the kids until she corrects whatever the court finds she needs to improve. Meanwhile the kids lose their attachment to their mother and attach to other people which will cause them stress to be moved to another household whether it be their mothers or adoptive parents.

Foster care pays more per child than welfare does. Crisis center care is even more expensive and the court costs to take a child from a parent is high.

So basically the fact they are babies and could be adopted easily is neither here nor there in this situation. You are thinking of a voluntary adoption which is still expensive but not as expensive as taking kids from a parent.

Should this also mean that because she 'wants to feel loved' and felt the 'need' to have children, that it be up to the rest of us who have kids or don't by choice or circumstance, to foot the bill?
