It clearly states in Genesis 2 that creation had been finished and the plant of the field and herb had not grown because he had not caused it to rain yet...then after he made it rain he realized he needed to make flesh man to till the ground...just like I said before it is a continuation not a reinteration. Read it again....All souls were created and witnessed the fall of Satan we were chosen before the foundations of the earth the elect who serve God were chosen before the foundations of the earth and were there to sing praises to him at the creation of the earth. It is documented in the scriptures...

It is a form of self-fulfilling prophecy, and in this respect, students with poor expectations internalize their negative label, and those with positive labels succeed accordingly. Within sociology, the effect is often cited with regards to education and social class. I had to look up pygmalion.... I don't know all the answers either by far. ANSWERS IN GENESIS is a trusted site......
The URL Below gives the Answer that lines up with the rest of what God's Word says also... ........but presents before giving the Answer at the end, the other different views out there also.... After thoroughly searching scripture and rightly dividing the Word, the Answers in Genesis article, concludes with exactly what the Holy Spirit showed me also.
