I'm one of those "new people who came from another website".

I used to be one of the "old timers" there. As time went on, most of the
original crew left. Then came an unflux of new people who became friends
and had not much use for the old timers. Sound familiar?

I came to JSH to make new friends. I didn't come here to be part of a
clique or to relive my past.

I'd be happy to be just a small part of this whole.

I think the biggest problem is some make this their life and take things
way too seriously on here.

I m also fairly new here and felt at home right away, Im sorry If I
offended anyone by jumping in, this site takes alot of the stress out of
my life when im at work, my dog is dying from a tumor, and I worry to
death about her at work and alot of u folks make me laugh and not think
so much about simba when Im away, but I will back off if Im invaded
spaces I shouldnt, my appologies!!!!

Arabella -- I think MOST of the old-timers have gotten past the "Oh my
god, it's a home invasion!" stage.

I think most of the new people have gotten past the "Let's stick
together because this new place is intimidating and scary" stage.

There are scattered pockets of holdouts on both sides.

But it's getting better. People who were vehemently anti-newbie a month
ago have calmed down and extended a hand in friendship.

Doors are opening.

Most of us know where those doors are, and have chosen to use them.

The rest? That's up to them....
