gettin' evicted even though my rent is paid in full until February 28th, 2009. Landlord claims I owe $350 + late fees for rent not paid for February. Problem is, I always pay my rent 6 months in advance, and paid from Sept 1, 2008 up until February 28, 2009.

Do you have your receipts or canceled checks? If so, then you've got a case and you should take your landlord to court. The landlord might be trying to get you booted out so he/she can up the rent on the apartment on the next tenant.

izzie, hows school going?......oh man whats that word? i have to resubmit all of my assignments that i completed so far as i submitted them thru the wrong program.. other than that i am sittin at a 95% but i only have till tomorow to resubmit them.. and i gotta work tomrow. and my laptop that has the right program is broken.. so i gotta go to my dinasour computer.. email them to myself. then go to my moms and resubmit them from there.. lol.. other than that.. great! lol how bout you?
