The scariest thing about this thread is that we all seem to agree its a LIFE...and Not a just a FETUS but yet there are still those that choose to kill that life over some I feel Imaginary RIGHT to be an Executioner of a child.

The sad thing about life, is death. Whether it be through abortion, cancer, or at the hands of a parent. I too often see stories of children being murdered at the hands of the parents well after the child is born. What right do those children have? Like Andrea Yates? She murdered all of her children! Was it better for them to be born and know the joys that life has to offer then to be murdered by the person that is suppose to love you uncondiontionally?

My pastor just made a point in church on Sunday. When an abortion is done, it is robbing God of His glory. A person is taking it into his/her hands to take a life, a life that God had a purpose for. God has pirpose in all of our lives, and He had purpose for the millions of people who have been killed through abortion, regardless of the conception. If God allows a woman to conceive, then it is not up to anyone but God to determine the outcome of that person's life. The Virgin Mary was not raped nor had sex out of wedlock, bud she said whatever He wants of me I will do.

I am not trying to be some kind of hypocrite or knock what anyone else thinks. That is the belief of our doctrine (Baptist). Our bodies belong to Christ, not to ourselves. If God creates life, do not rob Him of His glory by killing that life.

Not all believe what you do, so whats next?

Comparing an Abortion to a Homicide ....ahh finally we agree......rather in be at conception or 60 years down the road when you make the decision to kill its murder rather they knew love is completely irrelevant and like most liberals trying to defend this so called choice ....its bring the subject away from the death and dismemberment of a child and trying to put it on a maniac like Yates jeeze **rollseyes**

I will say this once again. Once all unwanted children, abused children, neglected children, handicap children, etc.... in this country are completely loved and cared for completely then and only then can we worry about the unborn children that are not coming into the world because of abortion. When a man makes a child with a woman and he cares for the child like she does, every minute of every day all year long for all their life than we can discuss the necessity of abortion or not.

Until all of the above is done every day all over the world there is no argument for stopping abortion. I do not like abortion, I do not promote abortion but I believe a woman has the ultimate power on deciding what to do with her body until all of the above is true every single time a woman gets pregnant.

in california it's legal to kill babies because it is not considered to be a person

if a pregnant woman is killed then it's called a double murder because two people are killed

let me see if i have this straight if a woman choices to kill an innocent child and it's her sole right to choose.then why doesn't a man have the same choice?
OR HOW ABOUT:
a man doesn't want a wife so why cann't he off her?if she doesn't work and just lay's around all the time eating and growing, isn't that the same thing that an unborn child does?

Whether one believes what I do or not, this is what's wrong with the world today. People can continue to do things without having to follow through with the consequences of their actions. With no regard to the people around them, people keep doing what makes THEM happy. No one want to own up to what has happened. Just blow it off, just go to the clinic, no big deal. Forget the child that is dead, forget the child that is neglected (since we want to talk about that in this thread too), forget the people who cannot have a child and would give all they had to take care of that child (considering adoption is thousands and thousands of dollars through an agency). I know some people who were given a baby at the fair. At the fair! Those people had to go through a lot to get the custody, but they had been trying to adopt for years. That couple is undescribably happy. That is only one instance where an unwanted child now has the chance for life.

My heart breaks for all of the needless death and suffering caused by abortion.

I would hope that any human being could see that the right to life trumps choice every time.

No but because you can GET pregnant does that make u Judge Jury and Executioner??

i has abortion when i was 16yrs old and i was having problems with depression for along time after that and i didnt find out untill a few yrs ago that i was experiencing post abortion syndrome.
