The dishonesty is clearly the issue here and I can see that point being made. However the age difference itself is insignificant. You are 28 and he is 33. Will this matter when you are 85 and he is 90? You will both be gumming your steak. It doesn’t matter now either. Krimsa.......read all the posts again....there's not a 5 year difference, it was a 5 year thing he lied about. There's a much bigger age difference..like 22 years...
