Honestly, I'd rather my child smoke pot than drink. I'd still have a talk with her about all the dangers of any drug. In High School I was top 10% and smoked everyday, but didn't drink. And I knew many people who died from drunk driving, even alcohol poisoning in H.S. and it just scared me. I just recently started drinking haha. But my daughters not even 2 yet, so I have a few more years...

this is about the least of anyone's worries with their kids! c'mon a little refer or perhaps meth or alcohol. no one ever died by smoking weed (alone) the others, not so much

Not only do i think that all children should smoke copious amounts of pot, they should also be encouraged to experiment with other drugs too.
Parents that forbid drugs and alcohol to their children should be locked up. |

I'm so confused, weren't you on another thread advocating life??? Here you encourage children to alter their mental state?  this picture can be used to represent many other causes besides it's inaccurate |

When I have kids someday I certainly don't want them doing any drugs.

send them to rehab I did send my daughter through rehab at the ripe old age of 14!!! Many of you don't agree, but pot can lead to harder drugs for many people, maybe not all, maybe only a small percentage. But I wasn't willing to sit back and watch her destroy her life. I have seen it destroy motivation in lots of the kids, all they want to do is smoke, drop out of school, hang out with their friends, etc. Some of her girlfriends had started having sex with guys for pot. I wasn't willing to sit back and watch to see if she was going to be one of the kids who went on to meth or the other harder drugs. As far as I am concerned, it saved her life. She was headed down a "dead end" path and she stopped the drugs after that. Also, pot has just as high a lung cancer risk as smoking cigarettes does if not higher. |
