Whats teh quickest safest way? i mean working out everyday doesnt cut it. |

what is your objective?
If it is edurence, then start with low weight exercises training. If the objective is bulk, as you said, then start with high weight training programme. |

you just have to plug along at a daily routine you can't increase weights any faster than your bodies ability to repair muscles |

i just got a new girlfriend and i want to get toned.
so she has something to look forward too then the baby fat on me. i mean look at my pic im not ugly or fat just wanting that definition. what from GNC should i get for that. |

i will not suggest you any protein supplement. Juts rely on natural sources. also, to reduce muscle soarness, apply cold therapy after workout.

Try Androstein... It's harmless. It has all of the positive effects of steroids, but none of the health issues. Plus it's completely legal. You can buy it in a chewable pill form too. The only downside that I could find... Is it drastically raises your testosterone levels. Lower voice, heightened sex drive, more agression. |

Barring illegal measures which are unsafe, you probably want to try a high calorie/protein shake along with your daily weight lifting. Just make sure if you are using those to genuinely do your work out each day. You dont look thin thin to me so that can quickly turn into excess fat. |
