I assume you are asking a generic question here .. but first off stereotyping women will nowhere get you. There are LOTS of women on this site who HAVE moved their lives for the man they want to be with. I think it's harder for women to do because they are usually the ones with the children still at home, and they may not want to uproot them out of their schools, a support system and their fathers who might be in the area. I know I wouldn't.

I don't define edgy by your willingness to try and make a relationship work as much as taking risks in life period.

Edgy is a way of thought, of throwing caution to the wind, spontaneous, establishing the beachhead if needed, being willing to take the first hit because you KNOW the cause you are taking it for is right. It's a person who is passionate about life & love.

Not all people look for or desire edgy. Those of us who are tend to appreciate the same.

Making a relationship work is the most daring and risky venture that I've encountered. Success, once achieved, is always tested, as surely as skydiving daily tests a parachute. Serious errors of judgment can be quite damaging.

Determination to brave the wind, struggle at a venture to establish a beachhead, take the first and second and third blows in stride towards success is not uncommon, or else most of my associates are uncommon. (Perhaps edgey people tend to attract together, to a degree, thereby muffling the uniqueness that others may see.)

Did I just answer my question? Is it that the nature of edgey character attracts its own, and thus when I ask, "What have you got that makes me want you?" is answered?
