I just had to add my two cents!
I been heavy since early childhood, but I've lost and gained the same 75 lbs several times in my lifetime. Each time I lost it, like Goof said earlier, I felt fat. Thin just did not feel right to me. Now, I'm 51 years old and I've come to realize that thin is just not going to happen. Luckily, I've also come to realize that I control how I feel about myself and no one is allowed to make me feel bad ever again. I'm healthy. That's what counts. And to those who think all heavy people are fat just because they're lazy, I got a backyard you can come mow with my push mower, anytime, anytime at all!  Congratulations to all who have been successful in getting to the point you want to be.

I am not as big as I used to be. I have lost almost 200 lbs since January. It is not as easy as a lot of people think it is to lose the weight. Sometimes no matter what you do it just won't come off.  Sexy Texy no matter what AWWW PATS

I am not sure of the pound requirements for "a few extra pounds" but that is what I am. I am an emotional eater and it has been a stressful last few years. Now that I am almost getting my life put back together, I am trying to lose a few doing the Paul McKenna approach. I know I won't ever be the 95 lbs I was in high school, but am looking to lose a few for health reasons.
