I can tell you that many women who have a few extra pounds would work you into the ground. A lot of it is what they can afford to eat and body metabolism and stress. And just because a person can't exercise doesn't mean they are lazy. Some people are in accute pain chroniclly and I am sure if you hurt every time you moved your body you would slow down too. |

I have lupus too. I put on about 100 lbs in one year from high doses of steroids over that length of time. I have managed to take some of it off, but it took a much longer time to take it off than to put it on. Now my thyroid is shot and that isn't helping matters any either. But despite having medical excuses for being overweight, I don't like it, am trying to change it. That said, I think that I look good and I know that there are guys out there that like how I look. Plus I look at as more cushin for the pushin. |

If the shoe fits where it....if it don't apply, let it fly... in other words...if you are overweight, but not lazy, then I am not talking about you... however, if you are over weight, and lazy....then I am talking to you.... no disrespect at all, to those who are overweight, and are not that way because of laziness... |
