Before you start thinking bout how righteous is the Obama...

How many tax cuts did Clinton promise on his way to the white house?

How many did he actually deliver?

Road to is never the same as residence in.
The one, you must say the right things to get there. The other, you IS there... Matters not what you say or do...

Problems are same just more manufactured. Obama is exactally the same as Clinton... (put his color aside) HE IS A LIBERAL DEMOCRAT WITH AN AGENDA.

the only comparisons is that they are both males, both running for office, both involved in politics...

a persons political affiliation goes right out of the window once office is gained. It doesn't matter if one is a DEM/REP, some people put such faith in a political party I truly can't comprehend. jmo

AdventureBegins is totally right. I'm voting for Obama because I hate white people.

After reading all the political posts on here and the different opinions expressed, I have come to the conclusion that as humans and Americans we agree to disagree on politics. Which is fine and normal. Just like in a relationship you are not totally agree with everything your partner does or says.
Personally Obama scares me with his views on "changing" America. I see him as a wolf in sheeps clothing, beneath his charsmatic charm and his eloquent speeches. During the debates and speeches given he always has the "right" things to say.The "right" answers to all of America's problems.
Humm he would make an excellent televanglist!
I hope I am wrong in my intutions. If not we have not seen the worst of economic times and downward spiraling of America.

You're against Obama because...he says the right things?

No I am not against Obama because he says the right things? I am not against anyone.
I am just stating my opinion as everyone on this post does.

He only "says the right things" because he tells Americans what he thinks they want to hear.

The "right things" will be backed up with his actions once he is in office.
Time will tell!

I think we are forgetting that President is a very limited position. We should be more concerned with congress, they are the people who make decisions, the president can only act as the second for the emotion or say "I don't agree, go back and work on it till I like it or you out vote me."

with the war near it's end, we are going to get back to a point where the president will be a cushy "Do-nothing" job again.

Do you REALLY want to waste Obama's possible runs for office in an era where he wouldn't be able to do much good despite what both candidates say?
