Some of the younger members might not be able to fathom this yet, but what is your greatest fear of growing older?

Greatest fears are not getting to see my kids have a family and be happy and being with my grand kids at least through their teenage years.

Being a burdon in any way.

Last but least dying alone.

Have you priced dog food lately???

I'm taking care of my neices 2 dogs "for a few weeks" going on two years now. Great Dane and another huge beast. MY food bill is far less.

I hear that KFC has pretty good dumpster fare. laugh

Having enough time, focus and resources to make my dreams come true. I think most would fear dying with regret and remorse as they look back over their lives at the end.

Used to be getting old period. When I was 25 my friends dad asked how it felt to be half way to 50. That seemed like hey I am getting older. Now I am proudly half way to 100. I had to retire young and the number thing is just that, a number thing. Doesn't matter what it is it is what you fell inside. I think now my fear would be not living life to it fullest and die knowing I never did anything to make a difference or count in my community.

dying doesn't scare me, it's just that I don't want to die..not yet anyway! As far as regret and remorse go, if I wait until I'm dying to look back, too late to do anything about it then! Makes living in the present all the more important!
