Having to wear depends And what is wrong with incontinent pants ? ( depends) I wear them all the while................Practicing for when the time comes  get me some designer ones first! I want to match! |

I think I am in that transition right now. Earlier this year I woke up with a massive fever and cramps. Felt like I got my ass kicked.
About 5 months later I'm having back problems, go to the doc and boom high blood pressure was the cause. Now on medication. I feel so old. I'm scared of what is next to come. |

I don't think I ever really considered any of those things or what the future might be in this "older generation" until something happened and I thought "oh hell nooooooooo, I'm getting OLD" |

I'll be 49 next month and have not really contemplated growing old. Never been sick a day in my life, only wounded.
I have considered the fact that I'll not be able to grow old after a full life with someone like my folks did. The best laid plans... I seriously think that if I get really sick, I'll drive my bike off a cliff or something. Death isn't an issue, being unable to take care of myself is. |
