I was thinking how many people that i have met that i could actually have a conversation with and 95& of them were from this forum. Come to find out for myself that alot of women and men! I know ladiesbut alot of women other then the ladies i met on this forum i have nothing in common and can't really have an actual conversation.


So, for everyone that is on this forum. Could you last on here as long as some of you have been on here with out it?

Absolutely not. As a general rule, I only stay on a site for about three months (coincidentally, that's also the same amount of time I stay with a girlfriend) unless there's something really exceptional that holds my interest.

And, believe me, there are VERY few things that hold my interest for longer than it takes Billy Mays to start yelling about that damn Oxi-Clean.

If not for the forums, all I would have to do on this site is read the 97,000,000 "I don't know what to write here" profiles, and I do that anyway, for some reason.

And a site with no forums wouldn't need forum moderators (or at least there shouldn't be much for them to do) so that wouldn't keep me here either.

I couldn't be on any site either as long as i been on here if this forum wasn't here. The only reason i'm still here is because of the friends i have made.

Same here -- I mean, when you get right down to it, it's really just all about the people here.

And yeah, I wish some of them were closer, and yeah, I wish some of them were actually datable, but you can't have everything. At least some people from here bought my book! That's more than I can say for any other site!
