hmmm, how exactly would one conduct a bias debate? The Topic is chosen before hand. Seems either you have an opinion aboit you would approach a problem or not. Either you are able to give a coherent concise answer or not.

bias debates happen all the time

the subjects picked and the questions asked can steer the outcome to the results wanted

Then you must feel the McCain Obama debate was biased.

The topic was "Foreign Policy", McCain's strong point.

Get real. Gwen is going to do a fine job. Raising this as an issue is nothing but a political ploy.

I was not leaning towards anyone. Have you ever been part of a debate? I have and you know the realm of questions that will be asked. It is your job to bone-up to know the information forward backwards and inside out. If you don't temp pied

"Liberal Media" is that your excuse for picking a stupid "as Bush" candidate.

There are Conservatives out there that are not BLINDED by the Christian AGENDA.. that knows this country should pick a Leader base on ability and not just their religious beliefs.

all I'm hearing here is mainstream media talking points.

This thread is a microcosm of the shallow consciousness of America in that regard.

This soundbyte mentality overshadows the real problems facing our country and how the real problems are overcome but rarely.

Solutions to complex social contracts abrogated by enlightened self interests will always accompany dispiriting the rule of law.

It is the very nature of laws to begin with that is a controlling mechanism of governance and a behavioral bridle of the actions of a people.

With the overwhelming flood of laws upon laws and regulations and oversight and redress of grievances, is it any small wonder that loopholes are carefully and diligently sought out for any liberty at all to move about freely in trade and productivity meant to provide future prosperity and security for hard working people?

Bigger government and expanded government employment comes at a huge cost to entrepreneural liberty and creative forces ae stifled under such weight and burden of undue influence and control by government of antithetical and philosophically divergent non-governmental endeavors.

Awareness of Ifill's book and her political ties makes for an interesting snapshot of the political landscape today.

She stands to make 350k minimum if the book sells 100k units. She has a vested interest in the outcome of this debate being one favorable to the liberal agenda in sentiment.

She stands to gain nothing from her book if Obama looks like a deer in the headlights after the election on November 4. Her book will be a moot exercise in futility if Obama cannot deliver up to the celebration her subject matter delved into with that book.

It fits.

Some want things both ways.

Democrats are just like Republicans in that regard.

anyone expecting a fair deal for Palin is certainly going to be disappointed. Why? Well, let me start with the moderator being a Black, liberal democrat, with a book deal that could make her a bunch if the election goes the right way. Need I go any further? Wait and see...the questions for Biden will be "Do you think there should be additional taxes on incomes of over $100 billion dollars?" "You have two minutes, starting now." and the ones to Palin will be "Can you quantify the approximate value of the US economy in 10 years, based upon a comparison of the effect Bush tax cuts and the solid economic principles of the great progressive author Bernard C. Duetschbach as he delineated in his book "How to rescue the US economy by nationalizing all banks and corporations with gross revenues of over $1 million." "You have thirty seconds, starting now.

Don't blame the moderator if Palin fails
if she does, it will be of HER on accord

This ACT she has been putting on is just that, an ACT
She is not dumb at all, inexperienced on a lot of the issues maybe, but far from dumb.

I'm not taking up for her, because she comes across as one of those people that will smile in your face while stabbing you in the back. ( I wouldn't trust her as far as I could throw her).

It's sad that no one really seems to like or trust any of the people that may be running the country for the next 4/8 years.

All will be revealed in time, because nothing that has been shown or represented by any of the candidates is what it truly seems to be.noway
