Yes well I'm supposed to be on the receiving end of the child support. However I seem to receive a lot more excuses and bullsh#t than I do $$$

he can't help me because he's to busy supporting his new gf and HER 2 kids and HER grandkid from her 15 year old runaway. I'm sooooo sick of this crap.

I'm pretty lucky. My ex doesn't give me any child support, but he is good about paying for their stuff. He makes almost twice as much as I do. As long as he keeps buying their clothes, childcare and whatnot, I'm happy.

At least you don't have my situation. I have custody of my son, do not recieve support, and have to pay bills for my ex thanks to the great court systems we have.

Dont worry your pretty little head!!! The resentment will kill ya......I know.....been there!!!explode

But one day I woke up and for some odd reason I was just happy to be alive and not with such a loser......and I forgave him for his stupidity and selfishness. He regrets everything now......but of course its too late!!!noway

Can't they garnish his wages?

He actually told me "you choose your family" and because he didn't "choose" my daughter but he "chose" his new family, they take a priority and he's doing the best he can. Blood means nothing... because you "choose your family"

Is that how the Court sees it?

Wow, that's like my friend!! One kid, though. It's as if they have been out to protect the father, her exhusband...... very frustrating. And, he wasn't bothered with not seeing his son or being a part of his life.
