Colloquially speaking Evolution is Fact. Scientific language is more formal then Colloquial language. Confusing the two shows ignorance of science. A Theory fits all available data. There is A LOT of data supporting evolution. Facts Colloquially are scientifically theories, no one has perfect truth when dealing with complexities, everything intricate is an approximation. Saying just because there is still things we can add to evolution makes it just a hypothesis is like saying germ theory is just a hypothesis. A function has many answers dependent on the input, but you can still graph parts of the function and gain truth about those parts. . . . Uninformed speak is one thing, being dishonest is another. This has been explained before . . . . |
