yes, MS, i read everything i post and what i read at the end is what i was talking of as spurgeons response - "' Though the author's theory is carried too far, it has so much of truth in it, and throws so much new light upon obscure portions of the Scriptures, and is accompanied with so much critical research and close reasoning, that it can be injurious to none and may be profitable to all. "that it can be injurious to none and may be profitable to all." that it can be injurious to none and may be profitable to all. that it can be injurious to none and may be profitable to all. New knowledge is always a good thing. Of course all of this information for me would be a moot point since ironing out a little kink in a fictitious myth is neither here nor there where I am sitting. But perhaps it might improve some of the strange directions Christianity has gone in an effort to support the Zionists Israeli criminals who think they have a right to some "promised land" because they are "Gods Chosen People." That's a bunch of lies. Its all political, it is not Biblical. There I said it. --> i don't think so G, but David Chilton's book "THE DAYS OF VENGEANCE" sure will - you may be interested in reading that - if you cant find it just mail me and i will get you to it OK? or maybe ill look it up real quick and post it here - it is by far the most verse by verse exegesis of revelations I've ever read and makes Hal Lindsey look like what he is a liar and amateur. |

Listen My Friend... do you know WHY Russell thought the Word of God was for THAT PARTICULAR TIME? Listening? Ready? Here is Why!!!!! BECAUSE GOD'S WORD WAS FOR THAT PARTICULAR TIME!!!! Every Nit and Tiddle of the Word of God , was Speaking to that Time!!! BUT ALSO ,Tribo... if you were to go down thru history....how many other times THRU OUT HISTORY , would you find The WORD of God SPEAKING TO ... AND APPLYING TO , ALSO?? EVERY TIME!!!! EVERY TIME IN HISTORY AND THRU OUT HISTORY! AND ALSO TODAY...AND TOMORROW...AND FOREVER !!!!! Why? Because GOD Is a NOW GOD !!!! AND HIS WORD IS A NOW WORD!!!!!! GOD IS "I AM" !!! SO IS HIS WORD !!!!!!!!! GOD IS AN EVER PRESENT GOD!!! SO IS HIS WORD!!!!! GOD DID NOT SAY HE IS A " I WAS GOD" .... NOR DID GOD SAY HE IS A "I AM GOING TO BE" GOD. NO!!! GOD SAID," I AM THAT I AM " !! AND BECAUSE GOD IS A NOW GOD..HE IS THE SAME ... YESTERDAY.... TODAY.... AND FOREVER... AND BECAUSE GOD IS ALSO THE WORD... HIS WORD ALSO IS THE SAME.... YESTERDAY .... TODAY ..... AND FOREVER !!!! EVERY WORD IN THE WORD OF GOD... IS FOR ALLL MANKIND.... AT EVERY TIME AND FOR ALL TIMES... WRITTEN AND GIVEN FOR EVERY GENERATION!! SEEK GOD TRIBO...NOT MAN. BE BLESSED NOW... |

If God needs to have people running around pleading his case then he's a pretty lame God.
I'm quite certain that my creator isn't that lame. These people who think they own God are pretty darn disgusting. Why they think they know my creator any better than I do is beyond me. They must be taking arrogant pills or something. If my creator failed me that's between my and my creator and no one else. These people who think it's up to them to 'save' other people are truly insane. They must think God is really lame. It's arrogance beyond arrogance. But then what can we expect from people who worship a God who tells people to stone their children to death. These people would follow Hitler! They have no morals at all. |

I would also mention that it seems if people were going to "find Jesus" at some point in their lives or "be saved" at an equally ambiguous junction, then cant you simply have faith that this will happen and allow it to take its own course? Why is it so necessary to proselytize and hasten this process? Wouldn't that only nullify the true acceptance of Christianity if the subject of conversion is simply telling you what you want to hear in order that you leave them alone or give them peace? Or worse yet, are afraid of you or intimidated in some respect? Hasn't that been the process of forced "conversion" over the centuries? Hey heathens, give up any faith or understandings of the spirit realm you might have held previous to now and accept "the Lord" as your savior or we have no problem finding a way to get rid of you so that no one else is witness to your reluctance to buy into this.

You just have to settle into it. Its quite the character study of human interaction under duress. I read that way back in high school. |

They have no morals at all. Don't know what made you believe as you do but it is your belief and I don't have a problem with it, not my call in the scheme of things anyway, there are many unanswered questions we all have. I hate in when these things seem to get confrontational and angry but nothing I are anyone can probably do about it. At least you believe in something I think, even if not God, and just for clarification, we all tend to sound critical at times and I don't think it is always intentional, just reading doesn't always let us see emotion or inflection and such. And if I seem critical at times, not my intention, just trying to share another thought and opinion, feeling, belief whatever we are gonna call it. |

No debating? I haven't even read this yet Tribo but being told I am not allowed to debate wakes up the little brat in me with the glint in her eye ... Oh I think Tribo will allow us to debate with each other, but he is just not debating the subject, he posted it for information purposes as he attempts to enlighten those who keep looking skyward for the second coming of Jesus. He is just trying to tell them that according to their own scripture, Jesus is NOT COMING BACK. So feel free to debate about it with others, but not him. Since I believe the entire New Testament is a plagiarized forgery of fiction, its all a moot point where I am concerned. The people who wrote it had no idea that humans 2000 years into the future would still be gazing up at the sky for the savior to return. |
