Is anybody out there afraid to live alone? I mean, if you think about, your 70 not married. and live alone. What kind of life could that be?

I'd rather live and die alone than have someone in my presense with whom I feel alone anyway.

I am not afraid to live alone.
But I don't want to be in that situation. My Grandfather in law is in that situation and it is weird. He blew all his money on 4 divorces. Now he and his first wife are alone and they talk to each other over the phone everyday. They both told me that they should have forgive more, be less prideful and kept the family together. |

Alone can be a wonderful thing. It's lonely that sucks. But, you don't have to be married or living with someone to not be lonely.
