I have found that if you give an inch they want a mile, so if I have no want to converse with someone I just don't reply.
It's kinda like that guy at a bar who buys you a drink and you think "he's nice enough" then he starts talking and getting all "hey baby" with ya, then you can't get rid of him. I don't return emails, texts, or phone calls unless I want to talk...Yes, I'm selfish like that, but hey if I don't look out for me who will? |

I did read and I do understand. But you don't have to mean about it, especially to the guys that want to get to know you. All you have to do is say thank you but not interested. You don't have to tell everyone and put down the poor guys that think they have a chance in finally meeting someone on this site. Sorry for not being a professional on this site. I agree. If you email someone back, they are going to think you are interested. And, why not? Why jump on them for trying? Just say no thank you if you don't want what they are offering. Being friendly and responding to an email does not equal interest. |

At my brother's birthday party yesterday one of his ex-co workers said to me "So you're Dave's sister, are you as ornery as he is?" I answered "I'm alot tougher that's for sure" and the guy laughed and my brother 6 foot 2 and 250lbs ex cop says "don't laugh she is" |

Wellllllllllll.......John is right, why complain or question something so obvious, on ALL dating sites you're gonna run into uncouth jerks who get their thrills being complete morons. That's why there is a block option all you have to do is click on it when they write something you don't like and PROBLEM SOLVED!

I have never in my life used the word "mean" to describe someone... It's kinda like "nice guy" or "slutty girl" it's a perception. I may not like what someone says or think they are way off base, but to say someone is "mean" is just a judgement call... |
