In cases of suspected rape or sexual abuse, a detailed examination of the hymen may be carried out; however, the condition of the hymen alone is often inconclusive or open to misinterpretation, especially if the patient has reached puberty. This is what I have repeatably stated in my posts. Not to mention that in the case of an older virgin, it is much more likely that if there ever was a hymen present (not all women have them) that it could have ruptured on its own by that time. In other words, not even an exam by a gynecologist is proving anything conclusively. It would be based solely on the woman's word whether or not she has had sexual intercourse prior.

If only I had known virginity could be sold. I was 19 when I lost mine and i'm sure if someone paid for it they would have made it much more interesting than the person I gave it to freely. The story is true btw my Mom saw it on the news the other day. She is doing this to pay for graduate school I think. I mean really why not especially since she is an adult and it's happening at the bunny ranch and everything will be safe. Better than giving it away to some jerk in the back seat of a car or something and why would this hurt her reputation really?
