You are not refused entrance into heaven because of ignorance - but because of rebellion.

You make my own points for me Eljay.

To not believe in the Bible is not rebellion.

Not believing in something is not rebellion.

That's absurd.

If you don't believe it then you just don't believe it.

In order to rebel you'd have to believe that it's true and then refuse to obey it.

But to not believe that it's true is not rebellion.

This is where Christians really seem to lose it.

It makes no sense to equate disbelief with rebellion.

They aren't even close to being the same thing.

ABSOLUTELY!!

I rebelled against SANTA CLAUSE, THE EASTER BUNNY, THE TOOTH FAIRY.

I'm really a rebellious person.

I rebel against Unicorns.

JB

Come one come all and join the rebellion. Put an end to the myths that demand we believe in them.

There seems to be a substantial amount of vested interest placed on people finding and "accepting" Jesus in some respect. Why should it cause so much anxiety and worry if someone chooses to not believe or believe in something else? I can speculate as to the reasons for this. Why even in modern day it is to be enforced. I’m sure it hearkens back to an earlier time where people either got on board or faced some heavy consequences.

Those who refuse Christ, will be judged according to their Good vs Evil.

Those who accept and then FOLLOW Him, will have Him as their Advocate at The Final Judgement.biggrin

Follow the path of love and the higher self and you will find eternal life and freedom.

Religions don't matter.

I agree that even Jesus said this. He said that he did not come for the righteous, he came for the sinners.

Some of us are more than willing to be judged according to our own actions.

Those who feel they're going to be needing a lawyer better sign up with Jesus whilst he's still offering pro bono services. flowerforyou

I don’t hate Jesus. I probably would have had no reason to hate him then either. He was a carpenter by trade, probably marrying material. I would have been on that. At least friendly. He seemed like a brilliant man in all honesty and quite persuasive. Supposedly he had children which I don’t find hard to believe at all. He was dating Mary Madelyn I think?

Mirror, you can't please everyone all the time.

You can't hate a fictional character either.

If you believe in Jesus then you should probably love him.

But how can you love someone you have never met who does not even exist?

Perhaps they don't want the righteous? Maybe they are collecting all the bad guys? For what reason I wonder?

I don’t think anyone is intentionally being mean or "bashing" mirror. We are debating and sometimes it gets a little rocky. On both sides of the issue. You might be reading too much in or taking it personally in some respect.
